POLISH ACTIVE SENIORS (PAS)

Polish Active Seniors (PAS) is one of the programs run by the Polish Federation, funded by the government Home and Community Care Program.

PAS groups enable aged persons to spend some social time among Polish speaking friends. The meetings promote and provide the participants with continued active life.

Excursions, discussions, information sessions, manual and craft activities, gentle physical exercises suited to the individuals’ fitness, and Polish films are just a few examples of our offerings.

For further information – please contact the Polish Federation office.
